Terms of Service

Effective date: October 27, 2026. These terms apply to quietbooms.com, operated as Quietbooms by Zhengzhou Douxiang Network Technology Co., Ltd. Please read them together with our Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the website

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when communicating with us or ordering. You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant transaction or the permission required by law. Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or infringe another person’s rights.

Collection previews and product information

The current new fragrance collection includes original proposed names, packaging designs and generated visualizations. A concept is not proof of a finished formulation, stock, testing or a purchasable product. Product volume, ingredients, concentration, directions, warnings and availability must be confirmed for a finished product before it is offered for sale. Props and campaign styling are not included unless expressly listed. Screens and lighting can affect the appearance of colors.

Prices, payment and orders

Store prices are in USD unless expressly stated otherwise. Taxes and delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout. Submission or automated acknowledgment of an order does not necessarily mean acceptance or dispatch. We may need to check payment, availability, delivery eligibility or an apparent error. We will explain a cancellation and provide any refund required. We will not charge a revised price or substitute a product without agreement.

Delivery, returns and changes

Preparation and transport are separate stages. Review the Shipping Policy for the 5–10 business-day preparation and 10–15 business-day standard transport windows. Standard planning is 15–25 business days combined. Review the Return Policy for the 30-day request process, costs and mandatory rights. Contact us promptly for a change; changes after dispatch may not be possible.

Fragrance use

Follow the finished product label and keep fragrance away from eyes, ingestion and children. A formulation may require additional warnings, including flammability precautions. Do not assume a fragrance is allergen-free, safe for every person, suitable for a medical condition or capable of a therapeutic effect. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate advice when needed. These statements do not excuse a product that fails to meet legal safety requirements.

Accounts and communications

Keep account credentials private and notify us if an account appears compromised. Electronic messages may be used to administer an order or support request. Marketing choices are separate and can be changed through the available unsubscribe or privacy channels.

Intellectual property and submissions

Our original website content, artwork and brand presentation are protected to the extent applicable law provides. Do not copy or misuse them without permission or another lawful basis. If you submit feedback or a support image, you remain responsible for having the right to share it. We may use it as reasonably necessary to address the request; we do not claim ownership of your unrelated personal content.

Third-party services and availability

Shopify and other providers support the service. External links and third-party tools may have separate terms. We aim to keep information and functions available, but maintenance, technical failures and errors can occur. If an error affects an order, we will address it consistently with applicable law.

Responsibility and mandatory protections

Each party remains responsible as applicable law requires. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or willful misconduct, or removes mandatory consumer rights. We do not require you to waive non-waivable legal remedies by using the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where the buyer lives. Where legally permitted, disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction in the company’s location in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. This clause does not remove a consumer’s non-waivable right to use another competent forum.

Updates, severability and contact

We may revise these website terms prospectively. The terms and disclosures applicable to an accepted order and mandatory law remain relevant to that order.
