Terms of Purchase

These purchase terms explain how eligible finished products may be ordered. The new fragrance designs currently shown in the collection preview are not available to order.

Before placing an order

Review the finished product’s confirmed description, quantity, price, warnings and delivery eligibility. Contact us about missing information before purchasing. A campaign image or proposed scent direction is not a substitute for a confirmed ingredient list or volume.

Order information and acceptance

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a working contact email. An automatic acknowledgment records receipt of a request; acceptance depends on checks communicated in the order process. We may decline a request for reasons such as unavailable goods, failed payment, a delivery restriction or an obvious error, subject to applicable law.

Pricing and payment

Prices are stated in USD. Delivery charges and any taxes collected by the store are presented at checkout. Payment is handled through the available payment providers. Do not send full card numbers to customer support. A currency conversion or fee charged by your bank is governed by your bank’s terms.

Availability and corrections

A draft or design preview is not a stock guarantee. If a finished product is unavailable after a request, we will explain the options and any refund owed. We will seek agreement before substituting a product, changing a price or changing another material term.

Preparation, shipment and returns

The Shipping Policy provides the separate preparation and transport stages, rates and delay information. The Return Policy provides the request window, return address and refund procedure. Contact us promptly for an address change or cancellation. Carrier restrictions can affect perfume shipments and returns.

Disputes and consumer rights

We encourage you to contact us about a problem so we can review it. You retain remedies required by law. Our Terms of Service explain governing law subject to mandatory rights in your location.
